CNS provides marketing automation software and done-for-you nurture messaging services designed to help businesses maintain client relationships through automated text and email communication.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase or subscription, you authorize CNS and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
All content, designs, and systems are owned by Client Nurture System Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials without written consent.
You agree not to use the service for spam, unlawful activity, or to send unsolicited or harassing messages.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months of service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
